Reggie Chandra is President and CEO of Professional Engineering Corporation, Lenexa, Kansas. Professional Engineering Corporation is a multi-disciplinary group of engineers and software developers who are committed to bring technological solutions to the transportation industry. Professional Engineering Corporation provides focused consulting services for design and deployment of Intelligent Transportation Systems. The services involve design, deployment and operation of Traffic Management Centers, design of communication infrastructure (both wired and wireless), design and integration of ITS devices, traffic flow optimization, incident detectionand traffic engineering services.

Reggie has been published in several engineering journals and has presented multiple times on a national level. He has 15 years of experience in traffic engineering studies and design and has trained engineers in several states in traffic engineering flow theory and signal operations.

Reggie was Manager of Traffic Operations at the Mid-America Regional Council where he deployed and managed the Operation Green Light project, a $56 million capital transportation venture for Kansas City bi-state metropolitan area using federal, state and city funds.

Reggie received his BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Kerala, India; his MS in Traffic Engineering from the University of Florida; and his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, Virginia Beach.
