Jeff Hargroves President ProPharma Group, Inc. Overland Park, Kansas

Jeff Hargroves is the President of ProPharma Group, Inc., located in Overland Park, Kansas. ProPharma Group is a provider of services and products to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. The company has grown from 30 – 100% each year since its inception in 2001. ProPharma Group has benefited from strong clients including Bayer, Pfizer, SAFC Biosciences, Glaxo Smith-Kline, Serologicals (now Millipore) and many others.

Jeff has managed validation and engineering projects for pharmaceutical, biological and medical device firms throughout the United States. He is experienced in the conceptual and detailed design for facilities and equipment, the validation of facilities, utilities, process equipment, cleaning and manufacturing processes for sterile and non-sterile products and computer systems.

Jeff’s past positions include Director of Operations for Ivy Animal Health, Inc. and Director of Validation for ALZA Corporation. As an industry consultant, he has conducted numerous audits, developed quality programs and managed projects for bulk and finished pharmaceuticals for the human and animal health industries.

Jeff holds a BS in both Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri.

He is a past-president of the San Francisco Chapter of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers and is actively involved in many industry organizations.
