Mollie Carter President, Chief Executive Officer & Chairman Sunflower Bank

Mollie Hale Carter is the Chairman, CEO and President of Sunflower Bank - a $1.5 billion financial services operation serving 21 communities in both Kansas and Colorado. Carter assumed the role of CEO in 2005. Previously, she has worked in agribusiness consulting and agribusiness mortgage financing as a Senior Investment Officer for John Hancock Financial Services. She also has varied experience on the boards of both public and private companies as well as local and national non-profits. She is currently a director of Archer Daniels Midland Company, Westar Energy, and the Kansas Chamber of Commerce.

Carter earned a BA in economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
