Richard West Co-Fund Manager Wichita Technology Ventures, LLC

Richard West joined Wichita Technology Ventures (WTV) as a co-manager in 1999, and currently he provides strategic leadership to portfolio companies in the areas of new business development, finance, venture capital and sales and marketing. West uses his operational expertise to actively assist clients with their strategic planning, business development and executing exit transactions.

Prior to forming West Consulting Group in October of 1991, West was a shareholder in the firm of Peters, Gamm, West & Vincent, Inc. where he was responsible for managing the Firm's Corporate Finance activities. In that role, which included the management of a venture capital fund of $60 million, he supervised the valuation of hundreds of businesses for purposes of financing, acquiring or selling. West graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and is a CPA.
